Our factory Hongsen Smelting & casting,as our strongest supporters, has a history of more than 15years, it has more than 1000 employees including various types of technical staffs. The factory covers an area of 200000 square meters. Annual output of high-quality cast iron, ductile cast iron and high-purity pig iron is more than 600,000 tons.
The equipment includes, a blast furnace a blast furnace gas waste heat generator set, three large foundry workshops, three machining workshops, and one self-owned power station.
The factory also has the certification of ISO9001 quality management system.
The casting production lines includes,sand casting, film-coated sand casting,resin sand casting,and lost foam casting.
Products are involved in power transmission products like v belt pulleys,timing belt pulleys,gears, sprockets,taper bushes…etc, and also other casting parts e.g.auto parts, agricultural machinery parts, motor housings,gearbox cover and housings, pump parts, valves,and so on.
